Our services
REAL J BLACK provides assistance with travel, identity, technology, creative work and security. Some processes require an in-person appointment or third-party provider. No government affiliation, visa approval or financial outcome is guaranteed.
Consultation and service fees
Consultation fees pay for advice and planning assistance. They exclude airfares, hotels, visa fees and other third-party costs. Fees are displayed before checkout. Work requiring a quote is agreed separately.
Appointments and requests
Appointment times are published by staff. Paid appointment requests are provisional until payment confirmation. Enquiries do not confirm travel availability, stock or approvals.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, necessary information. Avoid submitting sensitive identifiers, passwords, card details or OTPs. Security assessments require written authorization and an agreed scope.

Contact the team to discuss service concerns. Jurisdiction, escalation and consumer protection wording must be confirmed in legal review.
